About Claire – Founder of Navigating Rainbows Support Coordination
Throughout her career as a Registered Nurse, Claire has developed and refined her skills in coordination and case management—ensuring families receive the guidance and information they need to access services that align with their goals. Holding postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health and Mental Health, she brings depth and specialist knowledge to her work with children, young people, and families.
Her most recent role as a Wellbeing Nurse further deepened her commitment to family- and child-centred care, supporting children impacted by disability, complex trauma, poverty, and health conditions to access the support they need to thrive.
At Navigating Rainbows Support Coordination, Claire’s mission is to promote choice, independence, and empowerment helping families confidently navigate the NDIS, understand their rights, and make informed decisions that shape a more hopeful future.
